EAGAN TECH PARK
Ryan Companies continues to transform the former Thomson Reuters campus into a 180-acre mixed-use development.
As part of this reimagined site, Ryan is adding walking trails, a Thomson Reuters memorial garden, enhanced stormwater management systems, and a tree preservation area, along with other sustainable features designed to improve the site’s ecological performance.
Ryan is pleased to see progress on the Lennar Homes townhomes, as well as the continued development of Nova, Centra, and Alpha. The company is also actively seeking additional tenants for the remaining 10 acres of the campus.

An Eagan city staff report reveals that the developer’s proposed land uses for the 179-acre redevelopment site includes 1.2 million to 1.5 million square feet of industrial uses in the three to seven buildings on the eastern part of the site…”
